Outlets are now accepting registrations for the 2005 Derby. When you register, you'll receive your badge, a hat, Souvenir Booklet, and Rules Brochure. Please read the rules carefully.
Also, when you register you'll have the opportunity to participate in the 60th Anniversary Special Prize Events. A $10 fee (in addition to regular registration costs) makes you eligble for BOTH of the following:
1) On October 1, the anglers weighing in the heaviest overall striped bass, bluefish, bonito, and false albacore will EACH receive a check for $500. Only fish weighed in on that day are eligible.
2) At the Awards Ceremony on October 16, a drawing will be held for a new 12' aluminum skiff, 9.9 horse Yamaha outboard, and trailer. Only those Derby registrants who also paid the $10 Special Events fee will be eligible for this drawing.
Remember, you MUST register for the Special Events at the time of your regular registration, and pay the additional $10 fee. Good luck.
